Dividends are gone I would say for the year.
I think at a minimum need to see what the Feb announcement comes out with. Hopefully they will declare some savings etc etc and report better earnings. Generally Cardno make money but recent announcements have not been positive so imo it's a tough one as it may suprise come Feb or dissapoint which will affect the SP.
Imo I hope they sell some assets and restructure the business to show the market. It's heading in the right direction and further to that they get some large contracts.
Like you said no major share holders are selling....
