Moving back to GOE ,I am glade to see Adam Pierce gone as manager he would never return my calls or emails while it was a big job to consolidate SOO and GOE and I guess it was not without its problems, Rodney Harvey is the power behind the throne with urban group and I am sure he will sharpen the staff up which needed doing , I could be wrong but I feel they are in the correct space at the moment
