What is the major different between GXY and GMM?, page-54

A little birdy tells me the main differences between the two are:

- GXY: has the necessary production system, customers at the ready, but also carries a $90M debt from near bankruptcy a few years ago.
- GMM: has superior knowledgeability in regards to crushing/screening/extracting high grade lithium, more specialists on the ground, and has cash in the bank and zero debt.

Thus, i'm guessing their relationship moving forward will be inherently symbiotic. GXY seems to be the brawn, GMM the brain.
