Mincor have a little over 188m shares on issue, which values them at about $45m all in.
Last time I looked they still had cash of about $30m, which means the market is placing a $15m value on leases, mining license, equipment, staff, and mining resource and reserves.

I think the volume was insignificant, and doesn't mean all that much, but I do think Mincor would be a tasty add on for a larger organization with a medium term vision.
