Well it depends on your definition of cheap
If you were a previous BMN holder, then any T/O is going to appear cheap
But with the majors set at 4.7c and 7.5c (haven't worked out the average, but appears around 5c maybe), then any takeover would be well north of that
For new participants entering the market at 3c, when cash was raised at 4.7c and debt converted at 7.5c it appears a reasonable punt
