Just signed off on two uraniuam tenements in NT of about 2000 sq km. Vendors have taken $250k cash and used another $250k to exercise options in the company.

Also has coal leases in Canada, thermal energy research project, biodiesal project and a little bit of cash left over for exploration.

Options have an exercise price of 2 cents payable in December 2006.
