DVN is sitting on a p/e of 14
Stockland (SGP) has a p/e of 15.28
Mirvac (MGR) has a P/e of 15.69
Lendlease (LLC) has a P/e of 13
AVJ we are sitting on p/e of 6
I am predicting, a big rerate of this on, to at least a P/e of 10-15, which would be around $1-$1.50
Fundamentally, AVJ has been much improved, increasing profits by a massive 78% last year, makes no sense that we are trading on a P/e of 6.
Backed up the truck on this one, expect to see this run soon, as the market wakes up.
