Everyone just needs to wait. The major holders have got this covered. Seriously why would they want to hold 40% plus and then take it to court to make sure that they have the amounts they want. It's a hold til it bounces back over the $3 mark.
Cool, Calm and Calculated. It's only a matter of time before people see the value and start buying it up again as it's been oversold. 5+ year lows... It's all good here.
