    The majority of exploration plays fail.

    Orebodies are difficult to find - the estimated spend outside Nov is already approaching $100m spend with no further discoveries to date.

    It took 8 years and well over $150M for SFR to discover Monty, right on their doorstep.

    When punting on these types of plays expect to lose the lot!
