Davmark - You are implying that Runcorp bottomed at 37c - You are the one that is incorrect. The only correct information in your comment is that Mr Little took over the company.
Successful business ??? Not sure how you value a good investment but if its to buy shares for a dollar and see them go to a couple of cents, good luck with that. The thing with runcorp is they had what is called an underlying asset, that being a rent roll. Hardly a successful business as they were paying $4 per dollar of management fees when the rate was $2.8-$3 and then lose quite a few of the properties that they paid over the odds for. This company was going to revolutionise the Property Management Industry however it was a HUGE failure. Now back to Mr Little who is one of Australia's shrewdest businessman, what did he do with this business? Well he turned it back into a tradition real estate agency business.
