Given the builders money was allegedly paid into the Stream account, and was then used for other purposes, resulting in a large Qld only domestic insurer allegedly having to pay the builders out of their pockets direct, one wonders if this is not a matter of trading insolvent (Knowingly) and or of Misappropriation of monies under the Qld Criminal Code??? Lets see what happens. For a crime you need a complainant and the complainant in this case may not want the bad publicity for their own management who let this happen.
