    OGD share price ATM = 0.83 so.....
    $0.83 X 0.61 = $0.515 ( OGD shares )
    and
    $0.925 X 0.31 = $0.286 ( OGD options in 30 months )

    so

    CMX shares should be 0.515 + 0.286 = $0.80 per share

    hows that?
