CL1 has a growing share of the SMSF market in Australia with scope to continue this growth. It's true there is a ceiling on the size of this pie. Still trying to determine my own view on the scope of growth available.
For a c.200m market cap company I believe their earnings suggest they are fairly priced around the $2 mark until further upgrades of runs on the board. I can see Cl1 being bought by a larger player within 2 years.
I think the negative comments here are over blown but each to their own.
I will say that comparing CL1 to a company like XRO (who's market is global and multiple times larger!) are way off the mark. If you buying because 'XRO' is worth a lot more then you are in for some pain.
If I can get this around the $1.6 mark (i think it is very possible to drift back here) I will buy, otherwise I'm gonna let this pass.
