I know it doesn't look like it, but I cant see the sense in him privatising Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth...these are mature assets and easily valued by the market. He really wants the development assets because that is where the upside lies....question is can he get them from the company or does he have to take over the whole thing..........? the market is saying the latter

if he takes the whole thing he would have to come back with an IPO of Crown Australian assets, probably later on....
