34c(cash) is still better than KCN $5.07(equates to 33.8c)--a senior officer of KCN rang me and after an informed discussion,they conceded that KCN had under-estimated the impact of the CGT(i have been saying this for months)--maybe sparrot could apply for a seat on the KCN board-- one of the pre -requisites is that you have to be a goose--sparrot would qualify under the exemption of being a "plucked duck"-- i hope that KCN dont want a seat on the AND board--what a disaster that would be -- once the offer closes(sooner the better),AND can get on,and work up the Cerro Negro resource and increase shareholder value--and yes the KCN investment in AND will also increase--and yes, we MAY see some softening of AND price,but no problem,just move on and prove up the resource--this whole process has been a huge distraction --cheers
