Unfortunately for non-nmdc shareholders, they have put in too much money to vend in a new project and transfer control of the company so this wouldn't really work as a shell. At least the company won't go broke but hard to see io prices recover enough to make Mt Bevan viable in the next few years so will be a long wait.
