Yeah not quite - nothing changes hands until end FY16. Its unknown what this is really worth. There's no sense of what BYOjet is valued at, and the eventual payment is based on FY16 financials - bizarre.

I reckon 99% of people out there don't even understand what this is announcement actually means. - hence the silence and the muted share price reaction. if this was the real deal, the share price would have tripled in minutes. I talked to my broker and he was scratching his head.
