This is too many rights for 2 years and hurdles are too low. Share price 30/6/15 was 48c.
Shareholders received 3 c in dividends.
Company bought 106,141 shares in buy back.
20 years from now directors will take over ownership of company.
Or existing shareholders will be diluted to non existence.
