    re: lio Yeah , well spotted, very likely CNOOC will end up with it , and China MinMetals is 'brokering' the LIO 2.5% mop-up.
    In this scenario , expect the Chinese to launch a t/o for LIO within acouple months ... imo.
    Price will be set by tender offers for Kufpecs stake.... so... DYOR bout that ;)
