Kuro - it's all market based pricing and depends on your subscription. Don't know if I could be any clearer a few years ago rea could have charged double of what they do now and an agent would have to pay it otherwise it would not be viable. Domain has come in at an opportunistic time and offered agencies free listings so they have now gained some traction.
