Simple: The Solomon brothers and their associates will get a placement of about 45 million shares at the same price we got shares in the CR recently (4,5 cents with the same terms, one free option for every two shares ), Or a placement will be made to "Interested Party-ies" here or in the USA, again under the same terms...
That will give further confidence to the Company and its shareholders, as well as giving the opportunity to the Solomon brothers (deservedly so) to further increase their holding in TAS and indirectly EDE.... Or, If a placement to other Party-ies is made, they will get the shares at a discounted price....
A win-win situation for everybody))
