I think you has made some good points.
I agreed there would be less queried from rent.com.au than REA as REA has over 4m monthly visitors, there is no surprise, IMO.
Nowadays, tech business is more specialised, I think RNT has a good chance to win as its website is at same level as REA, probably is better than Domain, IMO.
RNT has been around for some time, but not been widely known or accepted yet; I just heard rent.com.au last month.
If you wanna rent out or rent a house, probably is more likely going straight to rent.com.au not realestate.com.au because latter, you have to skip the defaulted "Buy" page and click the "Rent", for less hassle and psychological reason, I would be more inclined to RNT than REA if I were a renter.
If RNT were also making $20m revenue, its share price probably were not be trading at current level.
There is risk but upside is huge, IMO.
