Will likely need the extension to get to the magic 90% given current rates of acceptances each day.
Though with less shares out there that are less people for EVN or their representatives to call and inform about the offer.
I expect they will get to the 90% before Christmas. Early acceptors may have to wait until early in the new year for the bonus additional consideration though.
