Rumor of the day - Large overseas fund has borrowed stock to use MEA as means to short the Australian Property market which they see has over heated....I heard the brokers are calling around to see who lent the stock out and if it can be called back...coming into the end of the 1/4 no normal fund manager would have been prepared to take 20% loss especially given the book was covered 4 times over at the IPO
