DLS/BPT will have a strong balance sheet by Feb next year and will clearly be the only local buyers for some Australian assets, good position to be in. Debt is very, very cheap right now, which is the main reason the U.S markets continue to defy gravity, all the companies are borrowing and buying back their own stock. I much prefer companies to be buying assets that are cash flow positive and to wait for the eventual energy price squeeze.

BPT hits its 12 month low today btw. I would be very surprised if DLS does the same, at least while the T/O premium exists.
