Liking the interviews of Realestate CEO's and local agents.
Having smart, Patient, active,strategic, confident and reputed management, IMO rent.com.au can't fail as other doubting.
Being a retail investor I was able to secure near 1m shares in my personal + super + friend's portfolio and willimg to top up more for next few months. Hence won't mind to see SP bit lower. If only 100-200 retail investor shows confidence in this little gem, it would be hard for any major broker or investor to take a decent size stake.
Marketing was full on for investors. Now management will buckle up to win consumer and agents confidence with TV ad and other marketing strategies. And once it starts I am expecting slow and steady ride of 5-15% a week due to tight registry and potential future and this would be enough as a weekly side income for next few years.
