can anyone here tell me why DC would bid any more for this shell?? punters will pay for EV, but a bidder?? ask yourself, if you were DC, would you bid up to say .004 for a, basically, empty shell, or, would you go and find a clapped out explorer, capped under 1 mill, take a stake, and just get invited onto the board?
there could be something in this bid, i havent decided whether its worth a punt yet, but i dont think DC is going to get into a bidding war for it...........
one needs to see a target statement/response as well..........
an afterthought...........FRE does have tax losses, that may be of use, but that is not a reason to invest............isnt it a golden rule............invest on its merits, not on tax reasons
