Crap raise for $1 and profit downgrade combined smashed the SP. Hence a cr is generally discounted to what the sp will trade at.
Hence I think current fair value for Cardno imo is around $1.80. If they sort there debt issues etc that should see the sp go up. I'm taking the offer up and holding out for at least a year.
