There are a number of standard things working in BPS's favour.
My honest view is that it is a complicated business but a damn good idea and potential. I can simply imagine myself signing everyone (businesses, small and large) for this if i was a rep for this and why wudn't anyone sign up when you can show what they're missing out on.
It is a LEGAL DIGITAL CURRENCY unlike Bitcoin.
lets me give you some points here
1) Bartercard transactions are tax deductible for income, just like cash and accounts payable.
2) They have no DEBT. NO DEBT, NO DEBT, NO DEBT (not easy to find businesses that have no debt and can make money from day one).
3) They are wishing to expand (stock price has potential to grow up substantially).
4) Their directors have solid grasp in stock of the company.
5) I've done all the maths and the probability of them not making money is extremely less.
6) There are a number of companies out there wishing to get acquired by the right company and BPS has acquisitions powers.
7) Just one good press and you'll see stock shoot vertically upward and people will be willing to pay significantly more price.
8) Some maths now. 3% is still very good return in the market now.
