International Goldfields Ltd (ASX:IGS) (“IGS” or the “Company”) advises that Michael Edwards has resigned as a Director of the Company and Jason Brewer has been appointed.

Mr Brewer is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed companies, Cape Lambert Resources Limited and Black Mountain Resources Limited. (Suspended for not following listing Rules.)

But there seems to be some missing from Brewers directorships.
Continental coal. Raised over $200m and now in business rescue.

Kaboko mining. $10m from Noble for 5000 ton of ore a month. Mined??? 2000 ton in total. Noble called in the receivers. Guess what. The permits were owned by a 3 party according to the court case!
