The warranty is 10 years. They are made of plastic with 2 tanks full of liquid, Zinc Bromide I suppose. They are known as flow batteries. I think they are something like 10 kw. They dont lose charge over time. After 10 or 15 years you just renew the ingredients. They put 60 of them into one of those packing crate things and run remote villages, mines etc.
