I am going to assume that after the reverse stock-split, there may be more institutional investors to join the list ... I believe that some just can't buy 'penny' stocks as bid-offer is too large, and possibly the fund mandate just doest not allow it. It would be good to see Ensogo to trade at the say the $2.0-2.5 range with $1m daily turnover.
