Interesting reading over at REY, they have posted there AGM presentation when talking about there 50% interest in the Derby Block "expect to assume operatorship from Jan. 16" and a few more quotes talking up the value of the Derby Block actually all sounds quite good.
Question what would the value of OBL be if REY was to be the operator, leave that answer to smarter people than me.
