Thanks very much for your reply blythefan. I am not sure how old you are but i am old enough to remember as a kid the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia and the horrible times associated with their power. What was surprising to me was that they have been gone about 35 years now! Cambodia has had stable government for about 25 years now. Mining is relatively new in the Country and GPR have worked closely with Govt and have also assisted in formulating mining legislation to lead the way for exploration and mining. IMO all eyes are on this project and it will be very important for the government to see it progress smoothly to pave the way for others.

Infrastructure is available and in close proximity (rail and power), and they have also partnered with a reputable local company The Royal Group who have many successful partnerships with other international companies in other industries.
