Well of course the market reacted quickly; buy an announcement which says 7% Ni, who cares about the reality? Sell when you've made your 10%, who cares about the reality?

So...if today's 18% gain is making you money, flog it.

The company has done a great job of both misrepresenting this in a bold as brass way, and putting enough info in the announcement to not mislead anyone who digs deep enough. All I did was actually read the bits which should temper enthusiasm.
