Even when the deal is completely finalised and with the extra shares issued, you're still talking a free float of only around 150m shares 'free'.
A lot of these have already been accumulated by people close to the company and shrewd investors with the end game already in sight.
Anyone wanting to build any sort of decent position here is going to have to tick the SP up to multiles of where it is now imho.
