I myself wouldnt be buying shareroot shares @ .05 post consolidation as imo the shares will fall below .05
Unless there is a fast turn around and revenue goes up and losses come down there is nothing to support the .05 share price.
The company has a loss of over $409,000 for the six months up to the end of June this year.
Now unless they have a large number of payments due between being of July and end of December the losses for the 12 months looks likely to be around $800,000
Shareroot is not worth the $7m MOO is paying for it (IMO), based on the current revenue/loss amounts.
