After the sell out from the weak holders, they came to realize that not everyone will be able to participate in the capital raising due to the sheer amount of interest in this company and it will easily be oversubscribed many times over so they had to buy on the market from the 126m odd shares available from POK.

Second reason would be to hold an amount to be able to participate in the Share Purchase Plan @ 10c for existing holders of POK pre SPP record date which is October 6 2015 from the top of my head.

The sell down from 27c to 20c right before closing is due to traders not wanting to have their funds locked in for a month.
