Don't forget the "expert report" is designed to show if it is fair and reasonable for 1) Gandel Metals and 2) shareholders (in that order?). If your trust is, like raw's, in the directors never losing, then could be worth a punt; but too many large sharks all over this since the company ran it down to penny dreadful status to appeal on a fundamental level (in my view). Same old same old with secret men's business behind the scenes (in my view)
