Just popped across here to recommend you have a look at the Denver 2015 presentation from PRU.

You are likely closer to this to me, so you are probably already well aware, but PRU is talking about utilising it's Edikan plant to process nearby 'stranded' ore bodies owned by other parties; no timeframe was provided.

I see that in the AR for TBR that exploration is progressing (slowly) at Japa but there could well be a scenario whereby TBR / PRU JV Japa in much the same way as the EKJV was developed.
