Someone is donating some cash who has missed out first round and wants in. Guess is they are linked to an old deal or a new possible one.
Im hating that the current price is 10cents on no volume. But is a hard sell for a better price ...regardless of buying and selling the end is at current a ten cent stock.
Hopefully a deal buying out some holders at a discount on what they paid and not current share price.
Figers crossed a listing on another stock market at a average weighted price.

So share plan on top of capital raising. To ensure some people can have a great chinese new year at the cost of dilution of shares.
