The solution is to remove Ron immediately for destroying the companies value like this. If Ron kept Zeta in the loop and managed the relationship it would not have come to this. What hope do small investors have when large investors like Zeta openly imply they have been fleeced by OEX. Too late for damage control now and requires total overhaul of management or the next step will be OEX going into administration.
