Yes the options expire 30-Nov-15 that cost 20c. - and because they cost 20c it forced down the SP last Friday to 20c - other wise it would have closed higher.
Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if we get good news between now and 30-Nov-15 - thus another reason why - when BUD list - it opens higher that 20c (ie 25-30+).
The news may be as simple as:
- the public offer was oversubscribed (expected)
- the SPP offer was oversubscribed (expected so the limit was reduced to 5000$... ouch!)
- or some news from Buddy ie- another customer, perhaps Qantas or Ford
All the above would make the 20c options a cheap way to get shares - and that's what I'll be doing!
