it's fairly simple (without wishing to appear condescending).
Traders bought in on speculation they would hit it big first hole and make an emormous profit; they didn't, so time to get back out.
As for positive announcement, ............... weeeeellllllll!!!
Not really. Just says, they found trace elements, not much else, other than the fact they don't believe they've hit what they were actually aiming for. So not really all that positive.
More like.............. just ...................... promising.
