The 64 million shares issued on cap raise only went to a few parties who are close to Nathan Buzza and are not sellers.
The 400 million shares issued for acquisition are held in ecsrow and are thus not available for sale and wouldn't be anyway.
The only shares available for sale is the existing 138 million and a lot of that has been locked up also.
So, when the ball starts rolling in January with roadshow and announcements of contract wins particularly if we snag one early in the US then this stock will fly without much resistance.
An update on the status of Alcidions progress in the US would be good to hear. Thats where the big bluesky upside is.
