The way i read it, it was written down as an operating asset, it get a bit tricky from then......
Lets not forget this represents about 9% of market cap. of the company. For the last few years
it has been more a liability. This capital is now released for better use, ie debt repayment about 5%
benifit or reinvestment.....better than 5% on recent undertakings.
I don't know about no jump in SP....I think it has to be good for 7 or 8 cents.
It makes the wait for the Geelong land project a lot easier now.
