    You do the math on market cap using pro-forma share structure (diluted) including performance shares....say at 2oc.

    What market cap value do you get for POK (BUD)???

    There is you answer why price is dropping....its getting wayyyyy ahead of itself.

    Don't forget CR is at 10c.
