I will say post consolidation you will only have 44,444 shares.
For holders to have the same current value the post consolidation sp needs to be .09 - this is based on the current sp of .002.
I dont know what the post sp will be as a lot of things can happen between now and consolidation.
The risk is atm the company states that the market capital after consolidation with be just over $15m - which equates to a sp of .05 per share, however as I sated before for current holders to maintain their present on paper value the sp needs to be .09
But I repeat only you can decide what is best for you.
