As indicated earlier today, I got in contact with the company and they indicated that they were not sure whether or not an over subscription for the SPP would result in a scale back on a first come first serve basis or whether it would be scaled back differently (they haven't decided yet).
I'm pleased to say that I have completed my participation in the SPP and paid for Offer A (150,000 shares). I was hesitant to do this as I suspect I may only get a partial amount of the shares I am seeking here and didn't want money to be locked up that might ultimately be refunded. In any event, I have taken bigger risks with POK to date and they have all worked well for me, and I am hoping this wont be any different
Good luck guys with whatever choice you make. If you decide to participate in the SPP, paying via BPAY is the quickest and easiest way, as it won't require docs to be filled out or mailed, and no need for cheques to clear etc.
One more trading day to go!! I know it can finish heavy in the red from this spectacular close but I am confident we will all be rewarded with a nice Christmas present! Best of luck
