Who you talking about? CTR or IGS? I think your'e talking about CTR and not IGS?

For someone who asked "what's CTR got to do with IGS" and in doing so implies (says) that CTR should be kept on the CTR threads, you then continued to go into quite a lengthy post about CTR, you cannot have it both ways or can you?
